Omega Sector is a online pvp open sandbox game. It takes elements from Halo, Homeworld, Eve online, etc. So far the beginner world of the Terran alliance is in closed alpha and only a handful of people can test this game until the game is at a more playable stage. When the game reaches 50% of completion I will release an open beta for players to connect to the world and help balance the game. Then from there I will take in everyone's comments via email and try to balance out the gameplay a bit more. Right now the player limit is 32 but I have not had that many people on at one time so when I feel comfortable having 32 random people I will post a demo up. The game is set in the future where two human factions wage war over a solar system in dispute. Players start off as miners on either empires mining outpost and from there they can either mine or kill players for credits once they can afford their first starship or fighter they may begin to explore the solar system.

like...All you're models are great... But... They make no sense at all for the programmer bocomarine... I guess it will be hard as **** for him turning you're concept to reality, You must think as an scripter also... And also as how it will look for the players and if it looks good on the main characters... And if that weapon would excist in an reality... Would that be really so comfortable to hold in you're hands? My opinion of what would happen if you hold that thing is it falling over to the right and being almost impossible to handle?, And also where are the UV maps in you're models? They are all grey, I don't get it... :( And btw I repect you're models so much, But you can't make many models of the exact same thing... that will ruin the whole plot... Like 3 different turrets... That's in my opinion an total fail. Gamer's want many DIFFERENT way's to kill of eachother, Not just some turrets firing at eachother... :( great models but no sense... That's my opinion, Hope you'll learn from my comment...

@PAINmedia Yeah, man. I am just making a bunch of random models. I don't expect all of them to make it into the game. I am just making models because I enjoy to and I'd like to see if boco likes any of them. These are all just Idea's... Concepts. Thanks for your comment though. I will think more logically. :D

I could make a flame throw it will be just a particle emitter and if a player is within that range of the particles = death... so its not hard to do just will take time.

This is my Concept model for a flamethrower. Please Comment. Let me explain as to how it works. As you can see, there is a flip switch on the back of the weapon. That switch toggles the gas for the flame starter. The fuel is always slowly running down as that is flipped on. When you shoot the gun, you lose more fuel faster. So when the weapon is not being used, flip the flame starter toggle switch off so you do not lose any fuel to conserve it. The pipe below the main barrel is obviously the pipe leading the gas to the flame starter, which is on the end. If you look to the right side of the main body of the gun, that is where the gas tank slides in and locks into place withing the square container. When you run out of gas, you pull that tank out with enough force to pop it out, and then slide a new tank in its place to use the weapon more. And PLEASE oh PLEASE comment on this and tell me if it makes sense and if you like the idea. THANKS!
