The horns sound, the ravens gather. An empire is torn by civil war. Beyond its borders, new kingdoms rise. Gird on your sword, don your armour, summon your followers and ride forth to win glory on the battlefields of Calradia. Establish your hegemony and create a new world out of the ashes of the old.

I wouldn't mind just a huge graphics overhaul, although I really can't wait to see how sieges work. Please no more "We spent the last 11 hours making one ladder!".

i hope they changed nothing to the combat other than better animation and maybe a quick counter but thats it.

siege needs heavy rework

The cities need more than people walking around and standing.

Agreed, graphics might be super advanced compared to WB, but if inhabitants of cities and villages will still be acting like bots from Morrowind -then all that lighting and textures won`t do much good in "immersing" me in the game world.
Btw some city damage, after sieges, would be hot.
And weird thing - am I the only one who doesn`t really like how the character movement feels like?

Think about it this way, remember what amount of overhaul and change was put into Warband?
We're likely going to see the same degree of change this time around too.

I only know the original because of the Last Days of the Third Age and SW Conquest mods. So I am quite incompetent to speak about the grand differences between the two. :( (Except, that MB "interact" button in the WB is a "kick", and, because of that, poor intro merchant is regularly getting ballkicked.)

Where you see the character movement? In the picture? ¬¬
Yes, this is a strange thing.

To be honest, I really prefer gameplay over graphics...This game is pretty recent and can appear laughable at times, but the depth trumps graphics at every turn. This. Game. Is. EPIC! Fix the bugs/AI/lag and add a little graphic fidelity and I'm set. Of course, add more innovation as well. Not flash, but real depth, just like everything the series has done so far. Gameplay is the point.
