FOV seems odd, or is it just me?
I think someone just took a picture of a screen with a camera so that could be why. And if I remember correctly I think 1.8 includes the ability to change the fov.
I think its the new sprint feature, I just watched a video and when the used sprint the FOV went like it is on the picture :)

Yes it's taken from a screen, you can see that it's a screen when you're looking at the top-right. But yeah, vines. Woop.
I really hope these grow in forests and jungles, and I hope it's similar to sugar cane in that they'll slowly grow down a few spaces.
