Problems that occur when turning Vsync off Thread - Megabyte Punch

So, I tend to play this game with Vsync turned off, because I just do so with my all my games. But some things don't really seem to work right.

- When entering Versus mode the game limits the fps to 60 although Vsync is turned off. The game continues to run at 60 fps in every mode. Only restarting the game fixes the problem. (It used to limit the fps to 30, but activating and deactivating vsync now limits it to 60).

- In Tournament mode your character and what seems like the AI-enemy randomly drop through platforms.(The ones you can jump down off when pressing down + jump).

I'm playing this game with a GTX680 and an Intel i7 3770k if that helps.
