Players assemble teams of Kaiju to attack other cities in the ultimate challenge for world domination! Players travel from city to city, gathering Kaiju DNA and resources, cloning various Kaiju to supply their attack force. Items are gathered while assaulting a city in PvE-play against human military and mecha enemies. There is a meta-game in the practice of collecting, leveling, and evolving Kaiju and managing items. The world map is divided into territories controlled by guilds which players can join. Players have many options when cloning Kaiju providing a wide variety of gameplay options. PvP will be a city-defense tactics match with in-match leveling and evolution, a hardcore RPG/Strategy mash-up!

I got the Mecha Kaiju Wars game platform up and running on Amazon AWS today. All I have there right now is a sample Flask application which acts as a web blog. Right now you're about to tell me that this doesn't look like a game platform, and you're right. This is just a proof of concept that I can host a Flask application on the public internet. The game platform will be implemented as a Flask application, so this is a complete proof of concept of the production environment. All that is left now is development of the game platform.This is great news, because it means I am well ahead of schedule. I don't want to say much about schedules and I am going to set the precedent now that you will never hear of an official date from me other than the release date of March 31, 2017. Suffice it to say, I am really excited to have so much progress on this and I think I will have a first playable beta build available through Google Play in the not-so-distant future.
