Meat Grinder is still very much predominately in the concept stage of development. We are a team consisting of 2 concept artists and project lead, myself. My (Sean Kelly aka SinisterUrge) main area of expertise is 3d modeling, however I can also write, design and paint/draw. Its next to impossible to build this game with just 3 people, but it is possible with a core team of around 10 members. Right now I'm on the lookout for the following:
Excellent drawing and painting skills
Knowledge of Corel Painter and/or photoshop
Zbrush skills a plus
Great personality and communication skills
Passionate and hard working
Flair for design
Must be enthusiastic and passionate
Willing to learn and open minded
Organisational ability
A team player with great communication skills
3d modeling skills a plus
Knowledge of UDK (Unreal Development Kit) a plus
