Here is another Work In Progress character, basically making a skinny guy model and creating characters from that. We are making skinny, fat, and muscular models and then make variations from those, it minimizes the work for creating characters and we can resize and swap hair and clothing to the other models. There will me another character coming in the next week, and maybe a few more after that. Once we have enough characters made we can animate them and then place them in game, all the animations are built at the same time with all the moving parts so we don't have to re-animate for every character. It's a pretty smooth work flow, creating the base models is the hard part once the base is done the rest is much easier to produce.
