Hmm, it seem that trying to download the installer exe for windows results in a 404 error page.
Desura support hasn't said anything to me, but it looks like the downloads are working again.
Thanks for pointing this out. I think that Desura's site is messing up. I will contact admins and let them know.
Is thair a Button you can click on with mouse to switch between Characters ?
Awsome game :)
There's currently no clickable button on the status bar, but if you go to the inventory screen, you can switch by clicking on another character there. Page-Up and Page-Down are the keyboard shortcuts.
I'm glad you like the game. :)
I cannot get the demo to run on Mac OSX 10.8.5. My Java software is up-to-date. Upon "installation" (dragging the downloaded app to the applications folder and double-clicking), the icon bounces once or twice, then nothing happens. I've tried this a few times now. Note that I downloaded the demo from your website as there is no Mac version of Desura available yet.
I'm interested in the game (I love roguelikes), but I'd like to play the demo first to see whether I'd like it or whether it even works on my computer.
I was able to find someone to test with OSX 10.8 and they duplicated the problem. I'm in the process of fixing this issue, which seems to be specific to 10.8.
Alright, thanks for the replies! I checked my Library/Application Support folder and was unable to find the Kilgazar folder. Although this may be because I deleted the demo after I was unable to get it to work (I use AppCleaner to uninstall software, which may have deleted the directory).
Let me know when the issue is fixed and I'll give it another try. :)
I will do so. And hopefully it won't take too long to fix.
I will ask my Mac tester to try the demo from my site and see what they find. Thanks for pointing this out to me. I'll let you know when the problem is solved.
