Pratice more, see other posings, take references, try the POST PROCESSING effects if you can't use editing programs, try to be the most creative you can, put a lot of effort in the posings, DO the scenebuild whenever possible, make use of emmiters, lamps, lights and effects; choose good maps, try using the super DOF, and try posing the feet first, then position the torso, then pose the legs, pelvis and arms.
Now, about your pic, it's okay, but make use of my advices, and I'm sure you'll get a lot better, also, I gave up on random poses, I just got tired of them.
