FreezeME Tries to resemble the platformers of the N64 era. There’s an apparent twist, however, as the player can freeze objects and enemies in time by taking a picture of them.

Great.
The new font is clear as water
Reminds me Mario 64, just great, the camera system do a great job.
Will you include special items ? Mario sunshine jetpack style to plane or wings ?

Keep up that amazing work.

Thanks supragamer! At some point mid game you will get some sort of super powers, giving you more power, a different attack and the ability to glide :)

Marvellous news as always!

Love the homage to Bob-omb Battlefield, and I see that you've added an extra visual effect to the double-jump as I recommended. It looks great!
Also love that you've started working on simple enemies - and so many! This is really shaping up to something :D

Hehe, yeah, that double jump has your trademark :). It was really a nice idea, thanks again for the feedback!
I guess Bob-omb Battlefield is my most favourite level from all the videgames in history, I have spent so many hours just wandering around on that level...

Yeah, I know what you mean - The freedom you were presented with in that first world came like a shock. It was like an enormous playground.

I've been wanting to ask something, though:
While I have confidence that you'll make an amazing game, with lots of varied maps, I'm kind of hoping you'll design it so that importing custom game worlds won't be too hard. Have you thought anything about moddability?

It's just that when we FINALLY get some more 3D platforming after all these years, I'd want it to be as much as possible!

I have this idea of doing an online mode, on which you can compete with more people on a level and see who gets the special item(s) first, with the same mechanics, so you could freeze platforms before someone jumps on it, or other players and that kind of stuff.
I was planning to create a project template for unity free along with the game assets for people to create their levels and use them on this mode.
However my todo list is considerably big at this moment :( and this is only on a conceptual stage and won't put my hands on it until I'm done with the main game at the earliest.
