Fleish & Cherry in Crazy Hotel is a black and white adventure game set in the 1930s. It puts the player in the shoes of Cherry, the lovely girlfriend of Fleish the Fox, star of all the shorts recorded in the cartoon land of Toonville. His arch-nemesis Mr Mallow always tries to ruin his adventures by capturing Cherry, but despite his evil machinations, Fleish continuously manages to get his happy ending with her. Tired and sick of Fleish's fame, Mr Mallow captures Fleish and takes him to the top of a hotel under construction. This time, the player will join Cherry in a journey through the hotel and help her rescue her beloved Fleish from the clutches of the evil Mr Mallow.

New development update of "Fleish & Cherry in Crazy Hotel"

☞ ENGLISH:

New year has come and we are still alive. 2014 has been an intense year for Fleish & Cherry in Crazy Hotel. We began last year scraping the full story of the game so we had to start rewriting it. We have also redesigned everything previously done with a new, more coherent, art style. And we think we finally got all the mechanics we want for the environmental puzzles. That means that we almost started anew last year.

We also attended some expos and the game was finally tested by players instead of ourselves, as we are used here in the studio. Watching people play our game told us a lot about what’s still wrong with it, and, while the story is still being worked out, we try to improve the gameplay mechanics as well.

So... What’s up for 2015? We’ll keep working as hard as last year, but with a better defined goal. That way, every single step we make will be in the right direction to finish the game as we expect it to be, so keep posted and wait a little longer, we promise it will be worth!

Un nuevo año ha llegado y seguimos vivos. 2014 ha sido un año intenso para Fleish & Cherry in Crazy Hotel: comenzamos el año desechando el guión y volviendo a reescribirlo, ¡tarea dura para nuestros guionistas! También hemos rediseñado todo lo anteriormente hecho con un nuevo y más coherente estilo artístico, y finalmente hemos conseguido tener las mecánicas de juego definitivas para los puzzles ambientales que aparecerán a lo largo de la aventura.

Además, hemos asistido a varias ferias y exposiciones y el juego en su fase beta pudo ser testeado por nuevos jugadores en vez de por nosotros mismos, que somos quienes primero lo hacen aquí en el estudio. Viendo jugar a la gente te das cuenta de los fallos y errores y, mientras la historia sigue avanzando, las mecánicas también van mejorando.

Así que... ¿Qué esperamos para este 2015? Seguir trabajando tan duro como el año anterior pero con una meta mucho más definida. En ese sentido, cada pequeño paso que demos, lo vamos a dar en la dirección correcta para terminar el juego tal y como queremos que sea, así pues manteneos atentos y esperadnos un poco más, ¡prometemos que la espera merecerá la pena!
