Hello everybody!
Today you will meet the angel of death, well not a literal angel but we gave one of our graphical artists that name nickname because we noticed she had an natural affinity towards making death animations.
This update contains a whole bag of candy for you too enjoy, a lot of things have happened since the last news post and I'll show you some of it but before that I'll give you a short list of what we have been working on.
We have updated the map:
- Four new types of trees trees
- Bushes
- Changed size of map (smaller)
- New artifacts such as fireplaces, logs, crystals and buildings
- New Textures on the map
- New Lightning
We have updated and created new models:
- Small goblin creature and chieftain (textures, animations, death animation)
- Updated the Ranged and melee minion (textures, animations, team colors, death animation).
- Updated Copperman (textures, death animation, team color)
- Updated buildings (team colors)
We have new particle effects:
- Snappy boss
- Melee minion
- Ranged minion
- Copperman champion
Other features added:
Main menu (music, button press)
Added a bunch of different hit/attack sounds.
We have created a basic menu system:
I do not want to swamp you all with pretty pictures and effects, we need to save some for future updates but by the end of the week I believe we will have an beta available for free download!
