Post news Report RSS Eterium: Updated Missions and More Music

We've released a video of a new mission that will be in our next demo. In preparation for our next demo release, we've been spending a lot of time concentrating on the earlier missions of the game. I've also been working with our music guys to add transitions between our music tracks and get some more tracks in the game.

The fifth mission in the game (which is the 3rd mission in the current demo) is the first mission to take place on the UEA Canopus. I have never been very happy with this mission. The balancing felt odd and as a procedural mission it did not introduce the UEA Canopus very well. While the premise of the missions is still the same, I have scripted the entire mission to be more interesting. It's still an easy mission since it's fairly early in the game. Check out our play-through video which also demonstrates a couple more music tracks. This game is still in development, so everything is not perfect yet.

Stay tuned for a new demo release in a couple days! In the meantime you can check out our current demo at Rogueearth.com

Dear Developers,

Music is very annoying, please find a good artist, there are a lot on SoundCloud. Music in these games should be exhilarating. Current soundtrack ruins your whole game, the good art deserves a lot better music support.

Don't need to hire an expensive musician just a GOOD musician, there ought to be a handful of them around available, who are working relatively cheap and able to produce fitting soundtrack for this game.
