Something about the gameplay, what I have created so far:

The dragon will have different fire modes, catching powerups released by some defeated enemies will unlock them, for now there is a basic dragon fire and triple fire, in the latest demo video is shown how they should work.

Starting the game the player will see the dragonworld map, here he will choose the level to start with, at the very beginning only one level will be selectable, after completing this one, more levels will unlock on the map.

To make the gameplay more challenging, every fire mode has his own temperature, that is the second energy bar on top of the screen, the first one is dragon's health by the way, so what does it mean, basically dragon's temperature is increasing more and more while firing, when the temperature bar is full, the dragon will stop firing, so in other words no fire at will, beating each level will require some strategy to avoid enemy waves and so on. When not firing the temperature bar will cool down, so the player will have to balance between killing enemies and watching the temperature, just to avoid to have the dragon defenseless facing hordes of enemies willing to stop him.

New feature: if the temperature will last for too much at maximum the dragon will start loosing health, and the more powerful are firing modes the faster they will start overheating.

New idea: not sure if I will do this, I'm considering the idea to make an animated introduction to the game, that will be displayed after the title screen, maybe it would be a nice idea.

For now there is no sound nor music, both feature will be added later, right now I'm preparing sfx and music, and other features too.

A new gameplay video, showing how's going the development, has just been added, now the game has a short intro sequence, texts are written by me.

Now I'm preparing intro's to game levels, and planning more levels according to game plot and some more details, maybe I will make some changes to the world map graphics, not sure about this.

For now that's it, more updates will be available soon.
