OMG this game is amazing :-)
I have played it on my iPad 2 for hours and it ROCKS - it is a technical feat - no pre rendered, staged animations , the visauls leave everything on IOS to thier wake - the game is pulsing with random mayhem - the AI is absolutely kicking , imergent craziness everywhere - zombies RPG'ing zombies - and the FX. - OMG !!!
Re criticism of lag on iPhone 4 - the devs mentioned performance issue on the iTunes store, in caps prior to purchase - that says a lot about the devs - they state a patch is out before next weekend - and yet people criticize the lag in any case - a bit like buying chocolate, then complaining about not liking chocolate - people are strange -
Oh well back to the most stunning mobile game ever made -
I take it all back then. I hate critizing developers such as these guys, I understand all the hard work it takes to get something like this built, let along running on the iOS platform. So apologies, great game and massive acheivement!
Well, I've bought and played the game, and yea, it's pretty good. However, it has an extremely frustrating framerate problem. I have an iPod Touch 3G 32GB, and it runs a bit shakey before each round, and almost unplayable when the wave starts. Also, I thought there was going to be some sort of campaign?
And... why did you give da zombies helicopters?! Helicopters are for SHOOTING zombies, not the other way round. :D
first i was not that impressed, but when i read for ipad and such, I was.
when will we be able to play the game or a demo?
omg
now when zombies had guns? RIGHT HERE It is!
The only problem I see in creating game development for a mobile device is that controls always suffers for it in the long run unless you are creative enough to use it...
A third person shooter that has similar to joystick or keyboard and mouse will suffer somewhat because you will be limited in those touch screen interfaces in mid battle...
The best solution is probably converting it from a TPS to a Third person strategy.
Think Fallout, with movement and stuff decided by environments...
It is a neat idea since players will be required to plan things out, but the "fast pace" gameplay will be compromised.
Maybe adding some context sensitive buttons for zombie events would be handy?
Like Resident Evil 5's way of limiting controls so the gameplay becomes challenging in it's own way.
Wow,looks awesome!Hope the developer will give the download soon.Because zombie can use weapon!
