You've landed on the lunar research colony. Too bad you *crash* landed. o.O
Crashed Lander is a light-hearted game inspired by classics like Space Taxi or Lunar Lander. You’ll pilot your craft from landing pad to pad trying to beat your best time. Much of the fun in the game comes from learning to control your lander, then flirting with that fine line between speed and control. If you’re brave enough to fly without the AutoPilot assist, you’ll probably be flopping around like a drunken low-gravity turtle – but once you get the feel for your lander you’ll be zippin’ around shoutin “Do a Barrel Roll!”
Many of the sights you’ll see come straight from the cutting edge of fractal mathematics – bizarre, organic shapes coaxed from the multiverse to populate the worlds of Crashed Lander. You’ll find fractal ferns, arcane archaeological digs, and all manner of WTFderful alien vistas. Each level is a detailed hand-crafted landscape that encourages the player to explore - and goof around!
This is a one man project – powered by Don Whitaker and Unity 3D.
Woohoo! I've finally navigated through the Steam Greenlight jungle and I've launched Crashed Lander on Steam. Very excited to be getting my creation in front of many more game playing eyeballs. :) There's also a new version of the game (v2.5) with 10 new levels, smoother physics, and a fun reward system to help players track their progress through all 44 levels.
Windows version is available now with Linux and OSX coming later this week. They'll also be a new demo launching along with the additional platforms. You can also collect Steam Trading cards for the game. Other Steamworks features like Achievements and Leaderboards are planned for later versions.
The initial Steam launch went well. I was able to fix the few problems that cropped up within a few hours and there are plenty of new players crashing and exploring in the game. I'm very happy with the Community Hub features, too. The Forums have been especially useful with good communication and help with bug reporting.
The full version of Crashed Lander is ready and available on IndieGameStand and itch.io.
I've posted a new demo version of Crashed Lander with Oculus Rift support!
Check out the new version of Crashed Lander with much more friendly controls, a fresh new level, better menus, and things that explode!

Nice game! I think I'll try the demo.
I noticed something, is the line they say after each landing in a different language?
Thanks kabeltelevizio. yes, I decided to mix up the languages a bit like maybe the auto-translator was broken or something. There are about 20 different languages for all the notifications. :)
Nice!
