It has been a long time in the making but it's now ready to show its face to the world! I'll be making weekly progress updates on Fridays, along with adding new articles, in-game footage, or other media like concept art, wireframe models, wallpaper, etc. almost every Friday. For this update, I've added three new game play screen shots to the images section :)
Just a little note about the 2D icons and GUI in the game: I do not claim to be an artist; drawing is a hobby for me, which I enjoy very much, but not something I've had a lot of professional training in (some, but not much). That said, I hope you can at least find amusement in the 2D icon art in the game, all icons were hand drawn by myself hehe ^_^ Once we get a 2D artist that is able to commit to the project, we'll be updating the GUI first, then the icons.
Also super excited to announce a small (less than a dozen people) round of closed, private Pre-Beta testing will begin the first of next week! After that, and provided things don't go disastrously, we'll be migrating to a much faster web server to allow for a much larger round of testing. For the next round we will be reaching out to the public for participants!
