Contrast is a First Person Sci-Fi Horror, in which the main character has to scavenge and loot his way through a (seemingly) abandoned space station looking for a way to repair his damaged ship.

Intro:

Nicholas Marker is piloting his ship in space on a solo deep-space exploration mission, when he encounters a sudden dramatic asteroid storm. Being unprepared, he isn’t allowed enough time to power his shields up to defend against the onslaught of angry little rocks.

His ship takes damage to the hull. A crack to the front glass shield forces him to search for a place to land for repairs. Using his long range scanner, he detects a station belonging to an unknown faction
with moving life forms on it. Having no other option but to ask for help, he starts flying in the direction of the station while trying to make radio contact.

There is no reply over the radio, which Nicholas assumes means they don’t want any guests. Nicholas can’t just fly off as his ship won’t make it to another station, and the scanner isn't picking anything up. He checks if the automated docking platforms are working, and hey, yes they are! Opening his contact console, he directs the stations computer to allow his autopilot to dock with the closest docking port.

When Nicholas leaves his ship and enters the station, he notices the distinct lack of anyone manning the docking port. “I guess they really don’t care for guests” he thinks to himself, as he walks through the automatic doors in to the main hallway.
