Two barrels and one trigger?
the gun actually haves a mag full with little grenades, which are selected (or fired can't remember) with a little button pad.
The OICW concept was to build a weapon that fires bullets which actively seek targets & circle around obstacles. It failed, so they decided to replace 'em with a 20mm grenade launcher.
The Combine could have shown they knew better! :P
