Finally fixed weapon muzzle flashes and shell ejection, along with some other neat visual effects.
No more dragging around sprites. Placeholder flash textures for now

Am I seeing things or did that deagle have an underbarrel and did it shoot a flare from it? Man, what a cursed, but awesome concept
