i know its a bad one i stayed up too late and didnt have the heart to put in alot of effort

I apologize, that was a pretty blunt remark, but it seems like you're lacking inspiration. Some areas are highly detailed while others are really bland.
There's almost no depth in on the characters, they almost look like cardboard cutouts. I can tell that it's most likely due to your lack of proportions. There's no real way to get depth right until you've got a hold of proportions. The best way to get a hold of proportions is simply by sketching actual people in different poses.
I also suggest that you sketch out a gesture before actually drawing the characters themselves. Draw a simple stick figure in the pose you want, and work upon that.
I hope this helps a bit, my previous was as helpful as a hole in the head.
