Open a brewery Have you ever wanted to open a pub and serve handmade beers you crafted yourself? Now you do! Give new life to an old run-down brewery you inherited from your grandfather. Decorate it how you see fit, give the bar area a unique vibe, create your own recipes, optimise the brewing process and serve your beer to the customers. Run a family business Back in the ‘60s, your grandfather opened his business – a small brewery. His handcrafted beers quickly became popular among the locals and the business was booming. And then, the big companies came. The small brewery was forgotten and grandpa got off the grid for years. Now it’s up to you to restore the brewery to its former glory! Master the art of brewing You inherit the brewery along with its vintage equipment. As time progresses (and money allows) you can start upgrading it, moving towards the modern methods of brewing different kinds of craft beers. Experiment with various ingredients to unlock new recipes and more

What is it for you, Mrs. Horse?

But first - WE HAVE A TWITTER!

(How about you give us a follow?)

What were we…? Ah yes. The customers. One of the most important things in a game about running a pub. To make them the best way we could, we considered pretty much every demographic that you’d find in a California brewpub.

🧔🏿‍♂️ We have young people and old people…

💸 We have people who are better situated and those who aren’t that lucky…

👩 We have people of all ethnicities and genders!

How do we make the them feel alive and special?

First of all, every customer has their own preferences. They like different kinds of beers, and they expect different kinds of prices. You’ll know that because they’ll tell you. Also, after leaving your pub, they’re likely to leave a review, which you can read, and score your bar.

Some of them will tell you things you didn’t necessarily ask for…

If you want to get more customers of a certain type, you’ll need to adjust your strategy. But it’s completely up to you if you want to have a fancy, expensive bar or a cheap joint that waters down the beer!

We’ll also have a handful of… special guests. 🐴

You already saw Horsey McHorseface. If you follow our publisher’s Twitter, you could also meet Mr. Albert Ien.

Say hello to Al!

We won’t spoil more at this time, but make sure to follow us and add Brewpub Simulator to your wishlist. It’s literally the best way you can support indie devs without spending a dime.

Oh, about that punchline we promised? 👇

A horse walks into a bar and says “One beer, please.” The bartender doesn’t know what to do, so he goes to his boss and says, “We have a horse that wants to buy a beer!” The boss says, “Charge him twice the price, horses don’t know the price of beer.” The bartender does exactly that and says to the horse, “You know, we don’t get many horses around here.”

The horse replies, “I'm not surprised, just look at your prices!”
