Black Talons is a real time tactics game set in the future, where the player leads a company of mercenaries stuck in a war torn star system. The player leads his forces from a battlecruiser where new troops and mechs can be recruited, trained and customized. As the commander of the company, the player must decide which missions to take, and carefully manage his reputation amongst all the existing factions.
Leonis is the last noble house on Oberon. Decades of spending and decadence have reduced House Leonis from a major player to a purely regional power.
The House’s new leader – Lord Castan – is a ruthless man willing to do anything to regain the power and influence of times past.
Although House Leonis has lost much of their former financial and military might, they still have a loyal army and a now thriving planetary economy.
