Augustine is a first person multiplayer shooter that aims to bring about a fun experience. It's packed with several gamemodes and a custom gamemode creator.

Please go easy on me. I have not modeled for all that long(I just learned blender to be able to navigate, part of my self reliance). I am more of a coder, and not all that great with Models.
But in my opinion, it looks pretty decent.
Looks like a...battery.
Sugestion: make it have different color skins, like when its on someone, it goes from blue,green,yellow,orange,red, then explodes.
or maybe team skins depending on who threw it.
Model wise, it's two cylinders... And 32 vertices total, yes? This would be ok for a PSP game, but it's not a PSP game.
Design wise, it needs to look more like a grenade and less like a standard battery.
Texture wise, it's pretty good but it needs some more detail in the main body.
Even though it is a cylinder, it took me a heck of alot more time making it into a cylinder, haha.
I actually took a plane, extruded the faces to make a box, then subdivided that box and took the outer verts and pushed them into what looks like a cylinder. Then I deleted the other 3 sides and duplicated 1 to make it look fairly equal, and I merged the connecting verts.
I did all that when I could have just created a cylinder...
I think I may put a ring or something, maybe a gauge that fills? Suggestions anyone?
Also, I agree with you about the texture. I don't feel like I did the outer part all that well. But the top and bottom I was pretty impressed with.
I think biodude's idea is pretty good, instead of making a gauge on it make it completely change colors. You may want to redo the body with a much more round cylinder (except actually using a cylinder haha) and I got an animation idea, the player hits the top part to start the reaction inside it and throws it.
