Alpha-1, The oversight of Epsilon-11, They are Level 5+ Classified. Nu-7, The Foundation's Marines as I call them, they are only called in when Epsilon-11, or other Task Forces need backup. Sigma-9, They are the Air Force of the Foundation, they contain airborne SCPs, only called when Epsilon-11, Nu-7 or other task forces need help. lastly is Alpha-9, they are the Foundations Last Hopes, and they are also the reborn Omega-7, which uses SCPs to their advantage, same goes for Alpha-9.
