Starving Tournament 0.5 file

Finally! After 5 Years of silence, here is the starving tournament open alpha version 0.5
The XMAS Update was the biggest mistake ever made, because the XMAS modifications where too difficult to remove and I just didn't have the time to do it. But now with some spare time here is the cleaned up new version

New Feature:

- Rigidbody Action for Character

- Different Hit Zones (Feet, Arms, Head) with different damage and limitations after damage

- Hunger and Thurst

- Scaled down and cleaned up level design
