IDK if people still care about this but i'll try to explain even though its a bit late lol. This mapping kit includes a file called a fgd. That file holds all entity names plus theyre keynames so they can be used in a map editing program like worldcraft. There is a nice tutorial on worldcraft editing on the NZP forums. In the part where it talks about using the quake fgd just replace it with the one in this file. When using these entity names, such as mystery_box, they are interpreted by the game when you play the map after compilation into what you want.
