I have been able to run Zero Ballistics on all of my Linux PCs. It runs great, but requires a few libraries installed via Terminal. Other than that, the audio never seems to work. I use Mint 19.3 64-bit which uses Pulseaudio. I would love to hear the tanks and cannons in Linux.
