To play click the executable unity file in the folder, it must be with the data folder though. Also, reset game when it boots up with button in lower right for best experience/less bugs. Game saves files in Users>name>appData>localLow>CsinclairGames; in case you need to delete game data. Demo contains empty town level, first dungeon level, and rough forest level. Bonus points if you find the hidden areas in the dungeons!
Just a demo for now. Lots of placeholder props and WIP visual stuff. The demo is a rough layout of the town and two dungeon levels. I plan on upgrading graphics and such as I go.
Controls may need refining but the combat and abilities are there.
A few tips:
left cntrl allows you to move the mouse freely without the camera following. Moving with WASD will resume movement with cursor following.
Try to separate the packs a bit by using ranged attacks and kill one or two at a time.
Don't be afraid to just run to a zone if you can.
The goddess statues are save points, you will return to that zone/point even if you shut off the game. However, level triggers reset this and you will return to the start of the level you zoned into.
This update I fixed a bug with stat saving and added some more dialogue and a new forest level. Also, some game progression logic was put in to make the next portal not be automatically available.
