Radioactive Software, LLC. - based out of Cary, NC USA. Radioactive-Software was started in 2001. Danny Green is the CEO and Lead Programmer. The company has developed games such as Urban Empires, Gettysburg: Armored Warfare, and Killing Horizon. Killing Horizon is coming to the PC in 2013! Gettysburg: Armored Warfare, was released on Steam in March of 2012. Urban Empires is in perpetual development.
