1982
Arcade1982 is a FREE retro inspired blasta-thon that will test your gaming skills to the max.
Hi, I’m Chris, keeper of the zoo and creator of all things binary.
I’m from Newcastle, England where I live with the rest of the binary zoo and write games. Slowly. Very very slowly.
I try to make colourful, graphically challenged, but lovingly created slices of arcade fun inspired by 80’s greats like Minter, Braybrook, Hubbard, Galway, Commodore and Zzap!64, and continue to be inspired by many current indie game devs. Too numerous to mention, but I love you guys.
These are games I want to play myself, but if anyone else enjoys them too then that makes me a very happy chappy.
And if you like what you play then please consider a donation so I can continue to make games and feed the imaginary binary zoo animals their diet of equally imaginary free-range pixels.
And finally a big thank you to anyone that contributes in any way, whether through playtesting, encouragement, feedback or bug reports. The games wouldn’t happen without you.
If you want to report a bug, give feedback or just fancy a chat then please drop into the forums, use the contact form or use one of these new-fangled social things like Twitter or that Facebook whatsit.
