TheUplinkExperiment's Different looking Tesla Coil addon

This is a new skin for the Tesla Coil, slightly based off some D.I.Y. Tesla Coil guns.

-A .txt file with instructions on how to get the skins into your game.
-Reskin for the Holding Sprite
