oac_avdbases-a1 (Attacking Base vs. Defense Base) addon

Changes since r951:

- Added new skybox with a surrounding deadly cage.
- Opened windows in each base. (Bahind each base there's an easter egg :3)
- Added weapon bases
- All the traps and hazards work in every mode.
- Added jumppad and teleport SFX.
- Added music.
- Added Worldspawn stuff.
- Added .arena and .info files.
