This file can be saved in your 'smokinguns' folder with 'pk3' extension in place of 'zip'. Then you can edit any of its GLSL program when FBO effects are enabled to tuned the effects.
Gord Allott is the main contributor for these files.

PS: You need at least Smokin'Guns engine built against rev450 to use it. Smokin'Guns v1.1b3 engine is based on rev441 and won't work perfectly due to a bug. Btw with v1.1b3 you may use the developer loading mode, check explanations in embedded README.txt.
