- Upgraded the logging abstraction used by the engine and the game allowing messages to be directed to a file or stdout.
- Added some configuration values to allow the player to decide if logging should go to a file, stdout, both, or neither.
- Removed online highscore functionality since it was making deployments more difficult, and it didn't seem like anyone was using it.
