well at the time being,i do not have the time to launch a project of my own though its against my innermost wishes.currently i'm composing for mods and indies,i have uploaded some of my works on moddb,u could check them out if u like to.
there is a diablo fanbase on moddb.i'm the leader.care to join?

dont mind my last comment.u should use "open new archive" and then open an .mpq file and then use the "extract" option and extarct the txt files and then start editing them.
