I'm getting a script error every time after I throw a grenade into a window during training mission :( Running on Steam with no other mods installed.
I was able to get past it by using "map pathfinder" but we'll see if there's another error later on..
Very useful for someone who's out of the loop in regards to AvP2 mods so thanks very much.

This is awesome! I remember playing with jDoom way back when so these models have a real nostalgic value to them. Thanks so much for porting these classics to GZDoom!
To call Ashes one of the best Doom mods would do it a disservice - it's one of the best retro FPS titles released, up there with Dusk, Amid Evil and Ion Fury. This should be up on Steam, is there a reason why you haven't chucked it up there as a Free game?

I can confirm that this does NOT work with Spearhead. There is a missing sprite for when bullets miss and cause a dust puff on the ground. It's a real shame because the rest looks great :(
Hell yeah, some gibbing or dismemberment would be wicked.
I came here looking for a mod that polishes Blood 2 into a more 'finished' state so I'm stoked to see this mod. Best of luck to you, I look forward to trying Redux Cruo out!

This mod is hilariously amateur, I would *highly* recommend it if you're looking to have some goofy fun. The chaingun fires so quickly you can drain a full stack in less than 3 seconds. I have no idea how the grenade launcher is supposed to work, it fires two balls that sort of home in? There's a good amount of maps to explore although they are quite blocky and sparse (but that adds to the charm and gives plenty of room for bhopping).
This mod is full of fun energy, check it out.
Just tried this mod out and it's so cute. With how goofy it is it feels like a 90s mod. The most game-changing feature is that now you can easily tell 25 and 15 medikits apart! Good stuff, simonoc. Btw, is the eating sound Homer Simpson?

I played through the first map and I enjoyed it. The turret building concept is good but I think there are a couple of fundamental flaws with the gameplay. The AI never attacks your turrets which makes losing impossible (without dying). Building towards the enemy base is cool but I think it would work better if the objective was to defend your base from a certain number of enemy waves like a TD game. You could have the player defend his base and as the game progresses more of the map unlocks and the AI can attack from more directions meaning the player has to expand their defences.
Good stuff. I really like the new pistol sound.

I'm having issues where in Quakespasm Spiked the weapon models just don't show. Not sure what the problem is as all other mods (even Malice) work fine.
Did you really need to include all of Quake 2 as well? Why not just the 'roarke' folder so people can run it in whatever port they want? It was fine with just that folder in Yamagi Q2.
That isometric Doom screenshot is very misleading!
