I finally found a link to install the game but now when i try to run it i get a BUILT WITH UDK had encountered a problem and needs to close i have the minimum system requirements someone help me please

Please someone help i cant seem to play it when i click on the link a window pops up saying find or save.Shouldnt it say open or save and does this mean im missing something in order to launch the game.Also i do meet the requirements Someone HELP PLEASE as soon as possible
