The game is looking pretty good for it's alpha. The sound really helps make an eerie environment and the content is looking good. One thing you should consider though is changing the resolution within the game: You can't see the introduction in 400 X 640, I don't know about any other resolutions.

I also noticed that somethings were cel-shaded and other things were not. Though I know that this is an alpha, you should make sure that you know what kind of art style you want: Cel-shade or no cel-shade.

The game is in 3D, I can code in C#, and I'd like to use another engine but there are many engines without a Mac port.

Sounds great! I've been a fan of games like Amnesia, but they do get boring after time. Randomized paths and different fresh scenarios, if executed correctly, will make for a fantastic game!
