Each time I try to close the message another pops up with the same error except with a different line number, eg. 394, 396, 397, 398

Installing the expanded edition fixed the problem, but here's the error:

Attempting to simply launch the game brings me to the loading screen, which loads correctly up until setting data. It suddenly crashes saying something about C++. I can post the full error code if you ask.
