Actually, the metrocop on the left does BOTH the beating AND the dragging, the one on the right just holds the sign.

It's just a little pose I threw together, photoshoped it a bit too (though I suck at photoshop). The base idea was by Lt.SnoWolf, so give him my thanks :D. Also, I use a widescreen monitor :P.
