Did you run the InLucysEyes.bat file included in the ILE folder?

The cmd file seems to have a problem that I can't fix on my own. If anyone that knows how mac cmds work I'd be glad to get help on solving it. Until then, it doesn't work, unfortunately.

I suggest you do a fresh install of the mod. As long as you don't touch the save files (located in your Documents/Amnesia folder, you'll keep your progress)

There is something wrong with locating the map file. Are you using steam? Did you follow my installation steps?

How do you leave the map that loads the dungeon?

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.

It sounds like you somehow messed up your directories. The batch file exits itself without loading anything when it can't find the start files for In Lucy's Eyes. Double check that you followed every step of my tutorial correctly, and if you did, send me a PM and I will help you!

Try putting the InLucysEyes folder in your redist folder instead. The game should run fine then.

Are you using the Steam version of Amnesia?

We're using the same AI as the original amnesia, and the monsters has similar mechanics. This you cannot change in HPL.

The game isn't about you being in danger of dying, it's about following the story line. The story line and your visions into the past are to many scary in themselves. I can't say I agree with all those levels being only tension building. Some of them are, but they have tension releases and calm parts too.

Taking this leap of faith with our completely new monsters and the way they work, the changes to the lantern and the new way of actually playing amnesia was not something that only brought good things. Very experienced Amnesia players can find ways to trick our scenes and play around some mechanics, but I think this is unevitable when pushing the limits of HPL the way we did.

Try placing it in the amnesia the dark descent folder instead of redist.

Yes you will! Download process might be a bit different, so if my video explanation didn't work, put the InLucysEyes folder in your redist folder instead.
