They are actually a unit shared between factions so can't change anything other then the textures
A lot of these suggestions are good but none of them are possible because they involve changing the map. We reached the province limit and every single settlement we currently have is there for a reason so we can't afford to remove any of them.
- Candar was added just to have a playable faction. Ilkhanate/ Aq-Qonyulu are off the map so that will mean adding non playable faction
- France is already in the mod, it's an emerging faction. Marseille is off the map
- We can't add HRE since it's not a real entity it's just a conglomeration of states, Austria holds the imperial crown
If we want Epirus, Cilli or Wurttemberg replaced it has to be with other factions within the existing map.
We actually already have Qara Qoyunlu raids against the Ottomans. Good ideas for the other raids though!

There are many reasons why you might not be getting the titles:
- maybe you have reached the max limit of 7 per general
- maybe the settlement has a higher requirement for the title (like a higher level feudal estates)
- maybe there isn't actually a title in existence for that specific faction for that settlement
- maybe the title is only available for faction leaders or for heirs
It doesn't matter if the generals are from family or adopted or married into.
This is a bug related to some of the dead body models. We haven't figured out how to solve it sadly
the .bat file is the executable file in the mod folder. It's tsardoms.bat or something like that. So instead of launching the mod via steam you can launch it by double click on the .bat file in the mod folder.

I heard that people that launch via the bat might experience corruption of savegames.
We have two versions of the mod. Bulgaria is playable in the 1345 version, it is not playable in the 1448 version because it didn't exist at that point.

There was a Kingdom of Croatia, it was in personal union with Hungary. But they were separate kingdoms. Many of our starting factions weren't 100% independent, same with Bosnia, Moldova, Ragusa. However, the mod still allows to play with these factions.

It's probably because for hotseat there is a faction limit and Florence probably didn't end up fitting. or something along those lines

yeah it could be because of the apple computer. The problem is that medieval 2 is a super old game and the engine has problems handling the high details of the mod's units. The 4gb patch is meant to fix that but i am not sure if it works on apple computers :(
unfortunately we don't have the time to do this. but there are several videos on youtube about how to install tsardoms, just search them.
None of them use the correct set launch options via steam way but they seem to work ok.
If you are crashing in the second turn you probably need 4gb patch. It's already in the tsardoms folder called large aware address, just run it and apply it against the medieval 2 and the kingdoms exe
sorry i can't understand what you are saying. but it looks like a ctd in 1453. this is related to an ottoman script attacking constantinople, try reloading or even try using the console to kill of the ottoman army attacking the city
what you uploaded of the log is perfect. but there's not much in terms of why the crash happened. which faction are you playing? does this ctd happen again if you reload the save and try again? Is by any chance Constantinople under siege?
Do you mean when you are already in the mod? or when you launch medieval 2? if you are using steam and are using set launch options you just need to pick the regular medieval 2 campaign
