I unzipped it there all right, but nothing happens. Could it have something to do with my having the german version?

It certainly looks very nice, but how do you get it to work? It does not show up in the mod manager, in my case at least.

I've pasted it in the .../Mods folder, but it doesn't seem to work. It doesn't show up in the mod manager anyway.
