Infinity Violation (not to be confused with Infinity Project, the previous name of this mod before I found out it was an existing iOS game) is an action/sci-fi mod for Half Life 2-Episode 2. It is set around a mysterious, superhuman soldier who has no name, as they attempt to fight against the privately-owned government.
The coding of several sections of HL2 have been heavily modified. For example, the weapons have had a massive overhaul, their damage has been made much more realistic, for better or worse. Enemies go down quickly, but so do you.
Plus- you can throw heavy objects with a flick of your wrist!
At the moment, there are no story maps, only concept ideas or story fragments. The mod has an obvious horror theme. Dark locations, brutal military force and citizens at the mercy of the government. The horror theme is created with the EXCELLENT, EPIC, royalty-free music on Incometech.com, it is just amazing. The radio music is created by me, and my friend/co-developer.
I will create an actual mod page when I record some footage/take screenshots of the mod in its current state. At that stage, I will be recruiting some alpha play-testers, anyone from a casual gamer looking for a new experience to a hardcore modder.
NOTE: MOD IS IN VERY EARLY IN DEVELOPMENT AND MAY CONTAIN NUMEROUS BUGS. THIS IS WHY I AM RECTUITING YOU.
You will be able to view decompiled vmf's and study the level design, or give feedback for improvements. DO NOT COPY CONTENT AND REDISTRIBUTE!!!
All early play testers will be credited in mod credits and readme, so you will go noticed for helping.
