I actually have this same problem, and I went into my UTEditor.ini and this is a copy and pasted version of what my ini file says under ModPackages:
ModPackagesInPath=..\UTGame\Src
ModOutputDir=..\UTGame\ Unpublished\CookedPC\Script
ModPackages=Firstmutator
The space above isn't really there, but the forum wont let me post a 50 letter word.
What am I doing wrong?
