I guess it does depend on what era of Russia you want to base the faction.
Mass assault forces is kind of represented with China iirc

Will NATO get multiple nation's vehicle/weapons? Since its mostly US stuff so far(I love the Leopard).

Theres a launcher called Genlauncher - uses multiple tools to stabilize generals and help install multiple mods on the game.
