This game is the sole source of inspiration for me to create my own game.
Cry of Fear has a very detailed and populated world that serves to add that extra immersion. Despite the main campaign being single player, I personally felt that each play through was as enjoyable as the last.
It's also incredible how Team Psykskallar has managed to build such a powerful game in the Goldsrc engine (Not that it's a bad engine), it's very refreshing to see creativity like this.
