I've downloaded and deleted this game numerous times trying to figure out how to even open it once downloaded. plz help

Hi Kumi. I'm new to pc gaming, and I downloaded and installed baby blues, and i'm just wondering if you could tell me of any programs that are good for opening and playing game files?

I'm new to all this and wondering how I can play the game? i've downloaded and installed baby blues, but when I try to open it, a box comes up that says I need a program to open it. Anyone know of a good program for opening games?
