They are not supposed to do. If the did display for you previously, that means you were playing with a mod that added this feature.
If you refer to OpenXRay CS and not OpenXRay CoP working on CS, these should work together, no merging required. A few bugs that are out of SRP's scope are fixed by OpenXRay.

Yep, Beanpolevv says nothing when you get close or quit, unlike Vanilla. Ovechko (that military traitor under the Cordon bridge) plays his 'Hands up' animation, but says nothing too (in Vanilla he said something like 'Don't shoot!').

It is unknown. Even a group of Russians, taking interviews from all the STALKER developers do not know where it came from and who is the author. It is definitely not Addaraya (100R Bar), Firelake (Live to forget, Neutral Agroprom music, CoP Ending), MooZe (most of game ambient) and Omelchuk (COP ambient).

The only thing SPR does here is giving you an opportunity to get Boat Park via quests. In vanilla game, Clear Sky squads will never come here and it is always a Renegade resource point.
Ok, I quiet understand what happens to CS and why it happens. But the question about bandits is still a question, since it makes playing as them way too easier.
I've always spent days on Swamp and have never seen guys in exoskeletons. It really seems like it changes resource behaviour - the contrary happens to bandits. In vanilla, they're the weakest faction in the whole game and the only one having three enemies at once. It's really hardcore to play as a bandit and loners can win the war even without your help just because it's a more powerful faction. In SRP, loners and bandits are nearly the same and bandits could even get Cordon location changers points themselves.
I've been playing faction war in vanilla CS for several years and these changes look obvious to me.

Sometimes translation is just a mess, for example, Red Forest in CS and Red Forest in SoC are different locations with different names in original game, and Shadow of Chernobyl's location is called Radar (there is a sign on SoC's Army Warehouses, calling direction to Red Forest properly).

I know that I was not the only one who did not like crimson_4 — it did not fit the AA theme at all, so I decided to delete. Maybe I’ll upload a “full” version soon.
Are you interested in fixing typos? There are lots of them in the original Russian version of the game (especially the ones where text and voice say different things). Though that are not really “bugs”, I can send you fixed text files, if you are interested. They weigh almost nothing, but that does a lot.
Also you do not need the original file, because 3.1 is not a fix, but standalone version.
It happens when using it with any weapon or only with PB?
Just use the modified exe and delete system folder from the mod (there are only sounds and textures, do not worry)

Все равно чет лютый пиздец. Курсор с рукой, щекочущей очко; какие-то ебанутые мемасики при выборе иконки; самое кривое меню, что я видел (при 2560x1440 текст выходит за все рамки, да и сама пикча это прифотошопленные неписи на вид какой-то заброшенной стройки мухосранска - не особо зрелище); а из 120 аддонов >80 - это озвучка и конфиги. Чет невесело.
